CS RelayPoint service governance
Service terms.
Effective date: August 29, 2026
RelayPoint is an operational reflection and discovery tool offered by Centergy Systems. By using it, you agree to these service terms.
Signals, not diagnosis
RelayPoint organizes self-reported experience into possible operating-condition signals. Results and automated follow-up ideas do not establish cause, determine fault, certify compliance, or replace professional investigation, legal advice, clinical advice, employee-relations procedures, organizational discovery, or Centergy’s professional judgment.
Appropriate use
Do not use RelayPoint to report emergencies, unlawful conduct requiring immediate response, injuries, harassment complaints, protected health information, or confidential personal allegations. Use your organization’s established reporting channels when applicable.
Accuracy and availability
Features may be updated as the method is refined. Centergy does not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that automated pattern statements will apply to every context. Human review remains necessary before organizational conclusions or recommendations are issued.
Intellectual property
RelayPoint’s questions, structure, scoring interpretation, visual presentation, follow-up guidance, and Centergy methodology are proprietary to Centergy Systems. Respondents retain responsibility for the information they submit.
Responsible decisions
RelayPoint results should not be used as the sole basis for employment, disciplinary, medical, legal, safety-critical, or other consequential decisions about an individual.
Professional review
These terms provide an operational safeguard. Centergy should obtain formal legal review before using RelayPoint in regulated or highly sensitive contexts.
