CS RelayPoint information governance

Privacy notice.

RelayPoint and the Centergy business-intake form are operated by Centergy Systems. This notice explains how the launch version handles information.

Information entered

RelayPoint asks about role perspective, tenure, approximate organization size, supervisory responsibility, operating-condition ratings, and written reflections. It does not ask for employee ID or the names of coworkers. The business-intake form asks for your name, email, optional organization and role, and the message you choose to send.

Local results and your choice

RelayPoint calculates results in your browser. The Centergy website does not transmit or store those results. If you request Andrew’s review, your device opens a prepared email containing the information you chose to provide. Nothing reaches Centergy until you review that message and press Send in your email app.

Business-intake messages

The conversation form also prepares an email on your device. The website itself does not store the form. Once you send the email, it is handled through your email provider and Centergy’s Hostinger mailbox.

Purpose and reporting

Information you voluntarily email is used to respond to your request, provide a requested review, or support an agreed engagement. Centergy does not sell this information or use individual RelayPoint responses for unrelated marketing. Any client reporting should focus on appropriate aggregate patterns and avoid identifying individuals.

Retention and deletion

Email correspondence is retained only as long as reasonably necessary for the request or related engagement. You may request deletion by emailing connect@centergysystems.com and including the reference shown in the prepared message when available.

Your responsibility

Do not submit names, health information, trade secrets, regulated data, or other details that identify another person. RelayPoint is not an emergency, legal, medical, whistleblower, or formal complaint channel.
